Prospective delegates, please mind that the payment is made only after you receive the confirmation from the Secretary-General via email stating that your application has been received. MUNRFE is not responsible for any payments made without preliminary confirmation.
MUNRFE maintains a non-refundable fee policy.

The registration fee covers the organizational expenses, cost of a delegate's kit (for delegates only), and coffee breaks. The fee does not include the costs of meals during the Conference, payment for the awarding ceremony (Banquet), transportation to the Conference venue, accommodation, and other extra costs.
After you made the payment, you need to send the receipt with the names of the delegates at payment@munrfe.ru
