MUNRFE School of International Relations by Vladivostok Club
On March, 2, Vladivostok MUNRFE Club launched a project “MUNRFE School of International relations” on the basis of Far Eastern Federal University. It is clear, that young people should be familiar with the main principles of the international politics in order to analyze incoming information in correct way, especially today when a lot of political changes and international conflicts are taking place. Moreover, “MUNRFE School of International relations” coordinated by Ms. Diana Tszya and Ms. Daria Kiseleva will assist the delegates from Vladivostok in their preparation for the Regional MUNRFE Conference 2015. Although this project was prepared mostly for the Club members, every person interested in international relations is able to join of the project.
From the 2th till 14th of March five lectures there will be delivered. Firstly, students will be able to learn about world political system (in English) and international conflicts (in Russian) from the faculty of Far Eastern Federal University, namely Mr. Andrey I. Kozinets, Assistant Professor of International Relations, and Dr. Ivan N. Zolotykhin, the Head of the FEFU Educational Program on International Relations. After that, both Directors of MUNRFE Mr. Vitaliy E. Savenkov and Ms. Ksenia O. Shevtsova together with the Annual MUNRFE Conference 2014 Secretary-General Ms. Olga Katina will present the following lectures in English language: the United Nations system, human rights, international law, problems of security and arms control in the modern world. On March 15, on the final day of the project, all the participants will get an opportunity to demostrate the knowledge they got and discuss an urgent agenda item in frames of “Round Table” chaired by Ms. Olga Katina. This final event will reveal the best student ofthe School since the agenda will be mostly based on the information given during the lectures.
