By submitting the application form, the delegates consent to their personal data processing and agree to comply with the rules of procedure established by MUNRFE.

Three days after filling in and submitting the application form to the Secretariat, an applicant will receive a confirmation letter via e-mail with instructions on the registration about the following actions towards country assignment. Consequently, the Secretariat will make a decision on the country distribution among the delegates and delegations, and will inform the applicants about it.
