AC - Document Writing
At the 22nd MUNRFE Annual Conference 2023 the delegates are to submit several documents prior to the start of the Conference. Individual documents' submission is mandatory for participation in the Conference. All the guidelines and instructions are available in the Document Writing Guide. Please be attentive to its provisions.
TEAM DOCUMENT
Country Profile is a team document for delegations assigned to one country that aim for the Outstanding Delegation Award. This document is optional and not obligatory for every delegation.
The deadline for submission is November 2, 23:59, UTC +10.
INDIVIDUAL DOCUMENTS
Position Paper (for delegates to UN Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific, UN Environment Assembly, UN Security Council and Commission on Population and Development), Project Information Document (for World Bank recipients), Development Finance Strategy Outline (for World Bank donors) are obligatory individual documents that demonstrate the level of research and knowledge of an Agenda item and country’s policy.
The deadline for submission is November 9, 23:59, UTC +10.
Draft Resolution (for the delegates to UN Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific, UN Environment Assembly, UN Security Council and Commission on Population and Development), Project Appraisal Document/Program Document (for World Bank recipients), Development Finance Strategy Document (for World Bank donors) are obligatory individual documents that demonstrate the level of research and knowledge of Agenda item and country’s policy.
The deadline for submission is November 16, 23:59, UTC +10.
Position Paper and Resolution should be written on 2 different Agenda items.
Documents should be submitted to the documents@munrfe.ru with the subject “[Conference name documents submission]: Country, name of the document”, e.g. [AC 23 documents submission]: China, PPs or “[Conference name documents submission]: Country, Res”, e.g. [AC 23 documents submission]: Russia, Res.
