XXV Anniversary MUNRFE Presidential Council held in Khabarovsk
On January 29-31, 2015, the XXV Anniversary Presidential Council was conducted in the city of Khabarovsk. During 3 days MUNRFE Board and Club representatives have reviewed the performance of the Organization during the year of 2014. A special attention at the meeting was paid to the Educational Component prepared by the Board. The main purpose of the Component was to ensure knowledge and leadership transition throughout MUNRFE generations and effective management of Clubs and projects of Organization. Therefore, Club’s representatives discussed questions of corporative culture, values of MUNRFE and agreed on a set of new goals towards the year of 2015.
On the first day the Council discussed reports by the Presidents of all 3 MUNRFE Clubs, analyzing inner Club projects and perspectives of their development for 2015. The next day was devoted to the report by MUNRFE Board, presented by current Director-General, Mr. Vitaliy E. Savenkov. The Council covered such issues as the results of implementation of inter-Club projects, particularly, Regional and Annual MUNRFE Conferences 2014, FireStarter Summer Program 2014 and other activities as well as overall Club’s performances during the preceding year. In addition, the financial report on the MUNRFE Development Fund was considered.
Finally, after the Educational Component took place the Council has adopted a number of decisions. It includes projects for Regional MUNRFE Conference 2015 in Blagoveshchensk, and Summer Program “FireStarter 2015” in Vladivostok. Moreover, the Council has agreed upon the upcoming MUNRFE Resolution Contest, MUNRFE Road Map for 2015, amendments to MUNRFE Charter and etc.
