The APRU Student Leaders Forum
The Student Leaders Forum of Association of Pacific Rim Universities (APRU SLF) was conducted on venue of Far Eastern Federal University (FEFU) new campus on Russky island. It was a wonderful event with the aim of gathering and afterward uniting all students of APRU and giving them an opportunity to design and present projects in 4 spheres: Public diplomacy and humanitarian sciences; Volunteerism; Engineering and natural sciences; Student self-governance, which all formed four working groups with the same name.
During that event there were conducted several activities:
0) ice-breaking trainings
1) brainstorm on realization of any youth project
2) presentation of draft charter of future APRU Student Leaders Organization
3) presentation of FEFU student organizations towards foreign participants
4) designing different project in correlation with working group aims
5) presentation the summary of work of APRU SLF to all headmasters of APRU gathered that day in FEFU
The ability to present was given only to two participants and we are proud to say one of them is a current member of Vladivostok MUNRFE club - Alexey Sidorenko.
Moreover, MUNRFE is expected to coordinate the work of the future APRU Student Leaders Organization and will do its best to maintain reaching this goal!
