Advanced Leadership School has been successfully сonducted in Vladivostok MUNRFE Club
Advanced Leadership School (ALS) has been successfully conducted in Vladivostok on 18 - 20 February 2017. In the course of the first day participants have immersed in details of project management by taking part in workshop conducted by MUNRFE Counselor for Project Management - Ms. Ksenia O. Shevtsova. During the informative workshop participants have gained valuable knowledge regarding the process of implementation and planning on the example of MUNRFE Inter - Club projects of 2017. On the next day MUNRFE Alumna Ms. Olga V. Bukach delivered the lecture called “Mountain”, which inspired Club members to set goals and reach them following the personal example. Besides, during the lecture participants were divided into groups to set common goals connected with the projects that they are appointed to implement. Having received such an important source of encouragement participants listened to the PR and Work with Sponsors lecture delivered by MUNRFE Executive Director - Ms. Elena A. Kiseleva, where Club members deepened in the ways of promotion of projects. Furthermore, in frames of this lecture current MUNRFE projects have been discussed, and advantages of their successful promotion were outlined.
The last day was marked with the lecture devoted to the history of MUNRFE presented by MUNRFE Director-General Mr. Vitaly E. Savenkov. During the lecture participants got acquainted with the process of Organization's development, learnt about MUNRFE founders along with the major accomplishments of its members.As a result of this ALS 15 graduates were awarded with certificates acknowledging the successful completion of the event.
MUNRFE believes that participants of the project will use the experience gained and will contribute to the implementation of projects on the highest level.
