Russia Day has been celebrated annually on June 12 since 1992. It commemorates the adoption of the Declaration of State Sovereignty of the Russian Soviet Federative Socialist Republic (RSFSR).

This holiday is celebrated throw the whole country, in each family. In all cities, there are parades and festivals and the main squares are decorated with flags and symbols of Russia. Accompanied with state hymn the day usually ends with bright fireworks.

On this important day, we all want to be proud of the fact that we are Russians. Let each person feel free, happy, united and respected. Let no wars, natural disasters and economic crises touch us.
