Letter of Gratitude from the Civic Chamber of the Amur Region
On February 11 the Chair of the Civic Chamber of Amur Region, Mr. Vladimir V. Sedov, awarded the Letter of Gratitude to the Director-General of MUNRFE, Mr. Vitaliy E. Savenkov, for his enormous contribution in the process of civic expertise of regulatory legal acts and laws of federal and regional level and civil society building while serving as an Expert of the Civic Chamber.
Since 2011 Mr. Savenkov has managed to perform more than 8 expert examinations while working under the requests of the Council and the Expert Council of the Civic Chamber of the Amur Region, members of the Amur Region Legislative Assembly and its Chair, the Governor and the Government of the Amur Region, and the Civic Chamber of the Russian Federation. His main areas of interest included political and municipal systems of the Region and Russia, however Mr. Savenkov also put significant attention to social and welfare issues. His key resolutions included, but not limited to the expertise on the regional law on the elections of the Governor, the regional law on the regulation of public events, the federal law on the civic control. Mr. Savenkov took active part in the activities of the Civic Chamber and the Legislative Assembly of the Amur Region, as well as contributed to the electoral process serving as an independent observer.
