Leadership School in Nadezhdinskoe rural village by Vladivostok Club
One of the most important MUNRFE projects - Master-Classes has become a constant practice in all three Clubs, however, Vladivostok Club has currently established a new tradition – to conduct such educational projects not only on the premises of universities of the city, but on the basis of schools of the Primorskiy territory. For the second time already, active members of the Club organized the Leadership School in Nadezhdinskoe rural village (31, March - 03, April, 2014), under the leadership of Ms. Darima Rinchinova and Ms. Darya Palchikova.
The School was prepared and implemented by newcomers mostly, thus it became a perfect chance for new members of the Club to gain experience in the field of project management and to improve their skills as well as knowledge of MUNRFE concepts. Remarkably enough, the project served as a preparation step before the Youth Day of Self-Governance in Nadezhdinskoe rural village and was conducted upon the significant commitment from its Administration.
The program of the School was quite short in comparison with the usual program of MUNRFE Master-Classes but very intensive despite of the limited timeframes; moreover it was designed purely in Russian language. High-school students had a unique opportunity to listen to well-known MUNRFE concepts such as “Cave”, “Time Management”, “Public Speaking”, “Negotiations”, “Leadership” and “Goal setting”. In the very end, the organizers conducted the “Dream Training” aimed at mastering participants’ goals and aspirations.
Vladivostok MUNRFE Club would like to thank coordinators for their productive work and wish them luck in their future projects. We believe that MUNRFE will continue strengthening its influence and expanding its sphere of interests not only in the Primorskiy territory, but on the whole Russian Far East.
