Advanced Leadership School - Vladivostok 2016
On February, 24 the Advanced Leadership School 2016 in Vladivostok successfully started. The ALS-Vladivostok 2016 was aimed at deepening and refreshing knowledge about project management among Vladivostok MUNRFE Club members. During the week participants got a lot of inestimable information about project planning, event promotion and crisis resolution, presented by one of the most experienced members of MUNRFE and special guests. All the necessary lectures for those who want to realize their ideas into profitable result were conducted in the Far Eastern Federal University under the leadership of Ms. Anastasia Popova.
The first lecture about project planning and preparation processes was conducted by Ms. Ksenia Shevtsova, the Executive Director of MUNRFE, who was a coordinator of the Annual MUNRFE Conference 2014 and the Third Russia-ASEAN Youth Summit 2015. During this lecture participants got acquainted with MUNRFE structure, projects monitoring within this structure, exact stages of better management and the main aspects that coordinator must not miss during planning and project implementation. The second lecture presented by the Director-General of MUNRFE Mr. Vitaly Savenkov was aimed at crisis management, problems and mistakes coordinator can face with and their resolution. Next lecture about PR and project promotion will be delivered by the Director of “SEILS” Ad&Event Agency, an organizer of V-ROX festival and other events in Vladivostok - Ms. Elena Spirina. Moreover, after the course of lectures there were practice tasks conducted in order to check whether the information was useful and understandable. The day of trainings was delivered by the Deputy Executive Director of MUNRFE, Ms. Victoria Yavorskaya, together with the ALS-Vladivostok 2016 Coordinator.
