MUNRFE JOINED WORLD ECOLOGICAL MOVEMENT
On March 25, the MUNRFE Clubs conducted the ecological projects at the Far Eastern Federal University (FEFU) and Amur State University (AmSU).
The MUNRFE Vladivostok Club conducted the environmental project “Together with Planet 2023” under the leadership of Mr. Yaroslav Naidin and Mr. Artem Safronov. The event gathered more than 35 FEFU students who attended an open lecture by EVERGREEN – the first zero waste shop in Vladivostok. After the lecture, every participant received a 10% discount and the winner of the lottery received a prize from our partner – the Amur Tiger Center. The event also included an ecological quest and a photo contest, winners of which received prizes from the partners – Amur Tiger Center, «Eta Grusha» health food store and EVERGREEN. The culmination of the project was a flash mob with a symbolic shutdown of the external lighting of the FEFU main building.
Blagoveshchensk Club conducted an ecological project at AmSU under the leadership of Ms. Polina Liakhova and Mr. Aleksei Kuzmin. The participants of the project took part in an ecological workshop and environmental quiz using the “Quizizz” app. During the project, students found out more about ecology and environmental aspects which may affect their own lives.
