We do not say goodbye to 2024 but thank you. This year has been a period of hard work, great expectations, impressive outcomes and sincerely warm memories for the MUNRFE. Thus, we are ready to give the overview on the milestones, that made the year 2024 unforgettable.

Far Eastern Model UN 2024

On May 17-20, the Far Eastern Model United Nations 2024 took place on the premises of the Far Eastern Federal University. This Conference with the authentic UN4MUN format gathered more than 40 delegates and gave a chance to participants from all over Russia and abroad to debate in the ambience of mutual decisions and consensus. By the results of the Conference Mr. Kirill Nizamov, Mr. Leonid Dronov and Ms. Ekaterina Balkunova became the recipients of the Diplomacy Award.

Charity Projects

MUNRFE conducted projects dedicated to a charity fair twice a year, giving an opportunity to help people and animals in need. We united almost all of the FEFU Students' Organizations through the idea of common good. Together we reached common prosperity, as well as, provided financial support via charitable foundations for children in medical and educational institutions or animals that were abandoned.

IX Eastern Economic Forum

On 3-6 September, the MUNRFE took part in the IX Eastern Economic Forum, which was held on the premises of the Far Eastern Federal University in Vladivostok. Participation in the EEF became a vital part of the MUNRFE external activities for contributing to the international cooperation. MUNRFE members have actively participated in assisting international delegations in frames of the , managing logistics, providing consultations, and engaging in open discissions.

Educational Model United Nations module to the diplomacy-aligned classes

MUNRFE conducted the educational MUN module to the diplomacy-aligned classes in School №9 and School №57 for school students of grades 5-6. Our Organization aimed at helping the younger generations be acquainted with the knowledge of international relations and diplomatic skills, as well as, be familiar with the activities of the United Nations and the Model United Nations movement. As the outcome of the hard work, on December 2, Vladivostok City Administration recognized MUNRFE for its activities for youth.

23rd MUNRFE Annual Conference 2024

23rd MUNRFE Annual Conference 2024 took place on the campus of the Far Eastern Federal University on December 13-17.  More than 70 delegates from such Russian cities as Vladivostok, Blagoveshchensk, Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk and abroad. Moreover, in the frames of the Conference the Panel Discussion on the topic “Outcomes of Russia’s 2024 BRICS Presidency for Youth” was held and gave a unique opportunity to participants to learn more about Russian youth cooperation on the global arena.

After 5 days of intensive debates of the Conference Ms. Elizaveta Repushkina, Ms. Ekaterina Balkunova, Mr. Kirill Nizamov and Mr. Bogdan Vardanian became recipients of the Outstanding Delegate Award and are credentialed to participate in the Churkin - Moscow International Model United Nations 2025.

The list of the achievements of MUNRFE in 2024 is not exhausted. There was a myriad of eminent projects, which members of the Organization were involved in. In the coming 2025, we wish to keep the determination towards mutual success and development.
