The Decisions of the XVI MUNRFE Presidents Council
The regular Presidents Council of the MUNRFE took place in Khabarovsk right before the 8th International Conference. The XVI PC gathered 9 representatives from 3 clubs of MUNRFE (Vladivostok, Blagoveshensk, Khabarovsk) and MD Team with the goal to adress the main difficulties of the organizations, elaborate on the strategy of the MUNRFE's development during 2010 and make traditional PC's decisions on the approaching projects.
MD Team would like to thank Alexandra Ovsyankina, Evgeniy Pal'kin, Anna Musatova, Ulyana Kan, Anastasia Naiden, Ksenia Sukhotina, Sofia Korchagina, Anastasia Burmistrova and Sofia Vidasheva for their committment and immesurable contribution to this important event, the decisions of which are available below.
XVI Presidents Council decisions
November 28-29, 2009 Khabarovsk
1. Clubs submit Annual Finance Forms for 2009 by December 13, 2009.
2. Candidates for Firestarter are to be announced by December 10, 2009 via presidents googlegroup.
3. 10th Anniversary and IX Conference are to be conducted together in December 2010 – decision on exact time and place to be decided on December 5, 2009.
4. Regular updates of the web-site (reminders by MD Team). Nearest update about VIII IC is to be posted by Khv, Vlad, Blago by December 16, 2009.
5. In order to improve internal communication within MUNRFE it was decided to design Database (handbook) for Presidents to include Guidelines on Presidential functions, Presidents report (form and examples), Financial reports (form and reports), Indicators (form and reports), Alumni database, MUNRFE History, PC decisions, MUNRFE portfolio, DF report (to be updated at least every half a year).
6. Presidents reports, Financial reports and indicators are to be submitted each 2 months via presidents googlegroup.
7. Deadline for presidents and financial reports and indicators – 5th day of each third month.
8. MD team report is to be submitted each half a year via presidents googlegroup. Report 2009 is to be submitted by January 15, 2010.
9. Draft of project description for UNDEF is written. The work will continue after the Conference. The deadline for submission is December 31, 2009.
10. Road map of events for 2010 is to be posted on the web-site by December 5, 2009.
11. XVI PC decisions to be published by MD team by December 1, 2009 via googlegroups and by December 5, 2009 on the website.
12. XVII PC will take place in Blagoveschensk. Dates are to be decided by MD team.
