On October 27, MUNRFE took part in a lecture organized by the Russky Technopark for students of Amity University, a leading research institution in the Republic of India. The lecture was attended by over 150 Indian students interested in the topic of technology entrepreneurship.
Taking part as a panelist of the event, the MUNRFE Executive Director Mr. Aleksei Stanonis as the Youth Envoy of the Sustainable Development Goal 9 "Industrial innovation and infrastructure" in Russia delivered a lecture titled “Technological Entrepreneurship: From Steam to Digits”. In frames of the lecture, Mr. Stanonis spoke about the four industrial revolutions, the differences between digitalization and digital transformation, and the competencies that technology entrepreneurs need to develop.
The event ended with a Q&A session, during which Mr. Stanonis answered questions regarding the incorporation of Indian startups into the tech entrepreneurship ecosystem, the development of incubators and accelerators, and the efficiency of the synthesis of the traditional industrial sector and new technologies.
MUNRFE notes with deep gratitude the opportunity provided by the Russky Technopark and Amity University for this opportunity and expresses its hope for a further partnership.
