Previously Aleksei served as the Executive Director (July 2020 – December 2022), Acting Executive Director (May – July 2020), Deputy Executive Director (October 2019 – May 2020), Assistant Executive Director (April – October 2019), the President of the Vladivostok Club (October 2018 – March 2019), and the Vice-President of the Vladivostok Club (March – October 2018).

Mr. Aleksei Stanonis joined MUNRFE in 2014 as a member of the Vladivostok Club. He participated in 5 MUNRFE Conferences and was awarded at the MUNRFE Annual Conference 2015 (Outstanding Delegation, Outstanding Delegate), the MUNRFE Annual Conference 2017 (Outstanding Delegate), National Model UN – New York 2018 (Outstanding Delegation).

He has also performed as the Under-Secretary-General for Political Affairs as well as the President of the UN Security Council at the MUNRFE Annual Conferences 2018 and 2020, the Secretary-General of the MUNRFE Annual Conference 2019, the Chairman of the UNSC at the National Model UN – New York 2022.

Furthermore, he was selected as the SDG9 Youth Envoy in Russia in 2020 and as a member of the Academic Council of the Far Eastern Federal University in 2021.
