On September, 05, the Presidential Elections were conducted in Vladivostok. According to the unanimous vote of the Club, the Vice-President of the previous term, Mr. Alexander Yugay was elected to serve as the President of the Club. On behalf of MUNRFE we would like to express our sincere congratulations to Mr. Yugay with his regular promotion. This person is a true example of a devoted and responsible MUNRFE member, who is passionate to bring a positive change to his Club and the Organization. Moreover, we would like to congratulate a beautiful and smart lady Ms. Victoria Yavorskaya, who will assist Mr. Yugay as the Vice-President of the Club.
The academic year has just started, and it is high time to plan the extracurricular activities for the upcoming months. For those who are interested in increasing their level of English and want to know how to become a manager of their own targets and possibilities, “Model United Nations of the Russian Far East” (MUNRFE) is ready to present its four-week Master-Classes “Journey to Success”. This MUN School will be conducted in Vladivostok State University of Economics and Service in September-October and we invite all the university and high school students of Vladivostok to join our project!
On behalf of MUNRFE we would like to introduce you the composition of the Senior Management Group of the Annual MUNRFE Conference 2014, which will be held in Vladivostok State University of Economics and Service on 26-31 December, 2014:
Today, Vladivostok city Duma adopted the composition of the Youth Civic Chamber under its auspices. Mr. Alexander Yugay, the current Vice-President of Vladivostok Club was approved as MUNRFE representative to the Chamber. On behalf of MUNRFE, we would like to express our sincere congratulations to Mr. Yugay with his promotion. MUNRFE strongly believes that this achievement will be quite beneficial for the Organization in general and Vladivostok Club in particular, thus we wish Mr. Yugay good luck and every success at his new grounds.
MUNRFE is not only about debates or leadership, conducting educational projects or participating in international events worldwide. Every time the Organization widens spheres of activities, thereby right after the V Regional Conference members of Vladivostok Club implemented a social project proposed by Ms. Ksenia Bogdanova. Thus, on the 8th of May members of the Club visited the Children’s Cancer Center of the Regional Children’s Clinical Hospital #1, where they were divided in two groups for oncological and hematological departments.
One of the most important MUNRFE projects - Master-Classes has become a constant practice in all three Clubs, however, Vladivostok Club has currently established a new tradition – to conduct such educational projects not only on the premises of universities of the city, but on the basis of schools of the Primorskiy territory. For the second time already, active members of the Club organized the Leadership School in Nadezhdinskoe rural village (31, March - 03, April, 2014), under the leadership of Ms. Darima Rinchinova and Ms. Darya Palchikova.
