The regular Presidents Council of the MUNRFE took place in Khabarovsk right before the 8th International Conference. The XVI PC gathered 9 representatives from 3 clubs of MUNRFE (Vladivostok, Blagoveshensk, Khabarovsk) and MD Team with the goal to adress the main difficulties of the organizations, elaborate on the strategy of the MUNRFE's development during 2010 and make traditional PC's decisions on the approaching projects.
